🎄🚂 Polar Express Day in Miss Klase’s Class! 🚂🎄
Today was pure holiday magic! Our students enjoyed The Polar Express from start to finish — reading the book, retelling the story, and even practicing addition using marshmallows!
We wrapped up the day by watching the movie together while sipping delicious hot chocolate. ☕✨

The Maplewood Local Board of Education is seeking an individual to fill a vacant seat on the board. The term will begin in January of 2026 and expire on December 31, 2027. All applicants should email a letter of interest to Treasurer Merri Smith at msmith@maplewoodschools.org

🚀 Rockets in the Kitchen!
Mrs. Krieg's Kindergarten class had an exciting week comparing and contrasting different versions of the classic story Stone Soup. Today, they wrapped up their lesson by making their very own batch of soup to enjoy!
Each student brought in an ingredient and helped build the recipe… and yes, they even added a real stone! The final result was absolutely delicious — earning two thumbs up from every Rocket!
